Can I change the time I take Vibin mini tablets to an earlier one?

Good morning I have a question about which I should take vibin mini tablets. I usually took them at 9:30 after changing the time it turned out that I should take them at 10:30 new time, but I prefer to take them at 9:30 of the old time. From Monday I have to start taking a new blister I wonder if I should in this case at 1 tablet start taking them from 10:30 and every day take 10 minutes earlier tablet until I get to 9:30 according to the old time or just tablets from the new blister start to take from 9:30 new time or 8:30 old time and take them de facto an hour faster.
