Won't taking 3 Vibin pills a day lower the effectiveness of contraception?

Hello. I have a big problem because on Monday, which is yesterday I started a new blister of Vibin tablets. Today I wanted to take a second tablet, but it was not. There are two options: I accidentally took the second yesterday (it is more likely) or the latter got lost to me. I was very stressed, I read on the internet that I should take the third tablet on the second day and finish the cycle one day earlier and so I did. Today I took the third tablet on day two. Won't this affect the effectiveness of contraception, even in both cases? I will be very grateful for your help
