I use Vines birth control pills every day at 20:00, can I still use them at 20:00 DST after changing to daylight saving time, or should I use them one hour earlier?

Może Pani stosować tabletki o tej samej godzinie co zwykle.
Tabletki należy przyjmować codziennie, mniej więcej o tej samej porze dnia, w kolejności wskazanej na opakowaniu blistrowym, popijając w razie potrzeby niewielką ilością płynu. Przestrzeganie konkretnej godziny nie jest wymagane.
