According to the manufacturer:
"Dosage:
Strictly according to the doctor's recommendations; The dose should be individualised depending on how the patient responds to treatment. The recommended maximum daily dose is 150 mg per day. The preparation can be administered before, during and after a meal."
Since Captopril is a prescription drug, your doctor must decide how to dose it.
