Should I talk to a gynecologist to switch to another drug or should I continue to use Slinda for a few months?

Hello. I'm on pack 7 Slinda. Almost 2 weeks ago I started seriously painful nipples. This is not something I experienced at any other time during my 7 months of using Slinda. The pain in my nipples decreased now that I had reached my placebo tablets. However, yesterday began mild cramps. I woke up this morning and I have severe, severe cramps and I didn't get out of bed all day because I'm in so much pain. The pain is so bad that I am close to vomiting. I cut so much. These are the same symptoms I had during my months without Slinda. Should I talk to a gynecologist to switch to another drug or should I continue to use Slinda for several months? Thank you in advance
