Can I get slouching while using Vines?

I am 4 months after giving birth cc. I have been taking Vines contraceptive pills since 3 months. For the entire period of taking almost stained. There was a break for 3 months maybe 3tyg. The doctor after the examination said that it is , Endometrium homogeneous width of 3.7mm. in the uterine cavity a trace of fluid up to 4mm, in the bottom of the endometrium hyperechogenic, possible polyp about 6mm,, I was 3days after finishing the package and taking placebo tablets on the study. The doctor at this moment ordered to take birth control pills and examine him in 4 months. Is anyone able to enlighten me because the doctor poorly answered me despite the questions asked. Can sthinging be from tablets? Because if so, I would gladly change them, the doctor said that there is no point in changing. You may see another doctor for an examination.
