What if I missed 3 Vibin Mini tablets and then took 3 at a time and had bleeding?

Hi I have a problem taking vibin mini tablets at the end of the second letter I forgot to take tablets for Saturday and Sunday and Monday or Monday it was 3 leaves before placebo, on Tuesday I did a huge stupidity and I took 3 tablets at once and immediately after that there was bleeding (always with 3 tablet placebo i had withdrawal bleeding) I called a doctor who did not have much time for me because he was taking the patient then he told me only to do 7-day break from tablets and the problem is that currently bleeding is quite abundant, the question is whether the 7-day break is to be from Saturday when I forgot 1 tablet or from Tuesday when I took them as many as 3 and if I return after the break or bleeding will go away? Please help! Each answer counts 3 tablets at a time is the greatest stupidity in my performance
