Why si thud when using Vibin, when the period should be regular?

Good day. I take 2 months vibin tablets,I am on a 13 pink tablet and for two days it hurts my lower abdomen as per period and there was a slight staining. Is this normal.? And whether the period should not be regular. I would add that these are my first birth control pills..
