Should I do a pregnancy test 4 days after taking Escapelle?

Good morning. Unseeded ratio on fertile days, according to the application- high chances, 12 day cycle. I took Escapelle tablets in less than 13 hours. To this day -4 days after taking the tablet -I feel slight cramps in the lower abdomen, which I always had a week before the period. I have no spotting or any other such. I do not know whether to do a test to be sure or wait until the planned menstruation -in 10 days.
