Does an antibiotic weaken the effect of contraception?

Good morning. I know that after antibiotic therapy I should additionally protect myself for 7 days, when taking contraceptive pills. Unfortunately, there was a situation of approach without protection on the day of taking the 7th tablet. Is the risk in such a situation very high?yesterday I took 8 tablets according to the package. You should additionally protect yourself with a condom for 7 days after the end of antibiotic therapy.

Hello. From the 6th day of the cycle I took the antibiotic climadycin 600. One day the antibiotic taken was with a break. There is no information on the antibiotic that it interacts with qlaira contraception. However, my question is, how much after finishing the course of antibiotic treatment (it ended yesterday) should I additionally protect myself? Somewhere I once heard that the first week is the most sensitive to all interactions and that even additional protection is recommended to the end of the packaging of anti-contraceptive tablets.

Zazywam tabletki qlaira. Pisałam o 7 tabletce antykoncepcyjnej. Ostatnia dawkę antybiotyku climadycin 600wzielam w zeszły czwartek rano.
