To @Bernadeta:
Spironolactone and metformin do not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive implant because they do not affect the metabolism of the hormones used in the implants.
On the other hand, the use of contraceptive pills together with a contraceptive implant does not reduce the effectiveness of the implant. The implant works independently of additional contraceptive methods, but it is worth remembering that consulting your doctor before combining different contraceptive methods is recommended to avoid unnecessary interactions or side effects.
Spironolactone, Metformin Affects the Effectiveness of the Contraceptive Implant??
Or taking birth control pills together with a contraceptive implant reduces the effectiveness of the contraceptive implant?

To @Anna:
Drugs such as spironolactone, metformin or oral antiandrogenic drugs are often used for hirsutism and insulin resistance. Most of these do not affect the effectiveness of the implant, but drugs that induce liver enzymes, such as some antiepileptic drugs, can reduce its effect. I encourage you to consult a doctor who will choose the right therapy for your case, taking into account the lack of impact on the implant.
And if I have a contraceptive implant, can I use the drug for hirsutism, insulin resistance?
I mean that they don't interact with each other because I don't want to have children anymore.
I want it not to reduce the effectiveness of the
And the contraceptive implant, if someone gains weight in the 2nd year, will it be less effective? How is it ?
And my second question is if I take some berberine pills and drink 100% mint every day in a very large amount and take various e type pills taking selenium, drinking nettle every day
Is the contraceptive implant one size only? Is there another implant for people who are obese? Is it the same?

Tak, można leczyć zespół policystycznych jajników w inny sposób.
Lekiem najczęściej stosowanym w indukcji jajeczkowania jest cytrynian klomifenu (np. Clostilbegyt).
Aromek).
