What to do if medications for gastritis do not help?
Since the end of March I have been struggling with gastritis, specifically erythematous gastropathy in the antrum. The doctor gave me a Dexilant 30, then 60. Unfortunately, I do not see any improvement, the abdominal pain has not subsided. Is there anything else I could do? Any study, a drug? The gastroenterologist found dyspepsia, added iberogast, after which the symptoms intensified... I try to stick to the diet, protectively on the intestines takes debitur, but so what.. :((((

Wydaje się, że badania zostały wykonane (prawdopodobnie gastroskopia), ponieważ ma Pani dokładną diagnozę (gastropatia rumieniowa).
Zapalenie żołądka może powodować Helicobacter pylori, czynniki toksyczne takie jak niektóre leki (np. niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne), alkohol czy nikotyna, rzadziej czynniki autoimmunologiczne. Pod tym kątem można badać pacjenta, natomiast wybór ścieżki diagnostycznej należy do lekarza. Na tym etapie stosowanie leków, jakie farmaceuta mógłby Pani zaproponować bez recepty nie jest uzasadnione.
