Oczywiście, można zamienić Xarelto na inny lek przeciwzakrzepowy, jeśli tylko lekarz zaleci Pani taką zamianę i wypisze receptę na nowy lek.

Xarelto nie ma zamiennika, więc farmaceuta mając ten lek na recepcie nie wyda innego preparatu, bowiem nie ma takiego na rynku aptecznym. Wydanie leków przeciwzakrzepowych o innym składzie niż Xarelto wymaga nowej recepty oraz zgody lekarza.
