There is no need to maintain a specific time interval between the administration of Diprophos and the intake of Meloxicam, Apap or Ibuprom.
However, it is important to note that both Meloxicam and Ibuprom (ibuprofen) are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and their simultaneous use with glucocorticoids such as Diprophos may increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, including mucosal irritation, ulcers, and bleeding.
If the goal is only to relieve pain or fever, Apap (paracetamol) is usually a safer choice, as long as there are no contraindications to its use. If your doctor has recommended that you use Meloxicam or Ibuprom after Diprophos is given, you can take these medicines as directed, preferably after a meal and not exceeding the recommended doses.
If Diprophos has been given due to severe inflammation or pain, and symptoms persist and require additional pain medication, it is worth consulting your doctor to determine the safest treatment regimen.
