Hello, I combined two packs of Madinette contraceptive pills (21+21) and now I'm on the 3rd day with a 7-day break and I started bleeding from withdrawal, but it's more of a scanty spotting. If it doesn't develop and instead of bleeding I have such spotting, is it normal? I haven't forgotten any pills and I'm additionally protecting myself with a condom.

To @Magda:
I'm sorry, then I misunderstood the question :) Yes, such a situation is also very normal. Withdrawal bleeding is not always of the same intensity, and it can also occur earlier or later than usual. This is influenced by various external factors, e.g. stress, physical exertion. There is no reason to worry.
I understand, but I just asked about the situation with withdrawal bleeding, because now I'm in the middle of day 3 from a 7 day break after the second pack and there was withdrawal bleeding, but it's more scanty spotting. If it doesn't develop and instead of bleeding I have such spotting, is it normal?

To @Magda:
While taking the active tablets, with a prolonged cycle, you may observe slight bleeding or spotting, while after the second (current) pack is completed and you take a 7-day break, normal withdrawal bleeding should occur during it.
So spotting may occur while taking active pills, but also after these two packs you may experience spotting instead of withdrawal bleeding yes?

If you skip the 7-day break and start the next pack right away, you may experience slight bleeding or intermenstrual spotting during the extended cycle. This is normal - if the pills are taken correctly, the protection against pregnancy is as much as possible.
