Yes, you can, especially if the medication is used as prescribed by your doctor. As a general rule, there are no significant interactions between Tranxene (clorazepat), Duspatalin (mebeverine), febuxostat and Kostarox (etoricoxib).
However, it should be remembered that Kostarox (etoricoxib) may increase the risk of side effects from the cardiovascular system (e.g. increased blood pressure) and kidneys, especially with prolonged use. In the case of heart disease, hypertension, kidney failure or taking other medications, it is worth being careful.
If Kostarox is to be used on an ad hoc basis, e.g. for a gout attack, concomitant use of febuxostat is usually acceptable and often seen in clinical practice.
