Good afternoon! For two days I took antibiotics from Helicobacter pylori selection. Severe diarrhea, burning in the throat, white tongue began. I couldn't sleep at night, my stomach hurt.
After the second day, I stopped treatment.

The symptoms described may be side effects of antibiotics – diarrhea and abdominal pain are quite common, while a white coating may suggest mycosis in the mouth. The interruption in therapy itself is problematic, because the treatment of Helicobacter pylori requires a full, several-day regimen – its earlier interruption reduces the effectiveness and promotes bacterial resistance.
However, it is important not to resume treatment on your own in this situation. Contact your doctor as soon as possible – you may need to change your treatment regimen or treat your symptoms further. If the diarrhoea is severe, watery or feverish, it is necessary to report urgently to rule out more serious post-antibiotic complications.

I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of adverse reactions to the preparation. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over commercially available medicines. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:
