Hello, two days ago after a long break I started intercourse with my partner again, we had sex without a condom and my partner did not cum inside, because I regularly use two-component contraceptive pills yaz on a daily basis, I did not miss the pill even once and there were no other effects such as diarrhea after taking it, is there any point in taking the pill after?

I don't see the point or the need to use the "after pill". Properly used two-component pills are the most effective method of contraception. In your case, there was no risk of drug dysfunction, so there are no grounds for implementing additional protection.
