If you experience severe muscle pain or numbness in the toes after Zahron you should stop the treatment and consult your doctor. Your doctor should recommend a blood cholesterol-lowering medicine with another active substance that you may tolerate better. Without a valid doctor's prescription, it is not possible to dispense a medicine from another group from a pharmacy. If you have a prescription for Zahron, your pharmacist at the pharmacy could dispense an equivalent for Zahron containing the same active substance, which could cause the same side effects.
