Is it normal for bleeding to be shorter and less heavy when taking Drovelis tablets?

Is it normal for the menstrual cycle with drovelis to change?
I have been taking drovelis for 3 years, and I have always had a normal cycle. For 2 months, I have no longer had normal bleeding but only brown discharge that lasts 2/3 days. I read that taking drovelis it can happen that it changes, but it seems strange to me

Yes, when using hormonal contraception, bleeding can be reduced (spotting-like) and shortened, and in some cases it may disappear altogether.

I attach a fragment of the summary of product characteristics:

"A small percentage of women (6-8%) may not experience withdrawal bleeding during the placebo phase. In the absence of withdrawal bleeding, if Drovelis has been taken as directed, the likelihood of pregnancy is low. However, if you have not taken Drovelis as directed or if you have not experienced two consecutive withdrawal bleeding, make sure that you are not pregnant before continuing Drovelis."
