Solitombo is a combination preparation consisting of tamsulosin and solifenacin. Tamsulosin affects the tissues of the prostate gland, which only men have, and clinical studies have been conducted in this direction, so the use of the preparation in women is not recommended.

Based on his knowledge, the doctor may recommend the use of the preparation in women. In this case, he should inform the patient about the possible benefits and risks associated with the treatment.
