Can Klacid weaken the effectiveness of Kelzy PR and can I be pregnant if I have had intercourse?

Hello, I use contraception Kelzy PR yesterday I took the 10th tablet in a blister since Monday I have been taking antibiotic Klacid on Tuesday there was "intermittent" intercourse today there was a slight spotting I am thinking about the tablet the day after, I consulted a doctor who thinks that the antiniotics does not affect.. What to do?

Clacid may impair the effectiveness of contraception and cause spotting and intracyclic bleeding.

However, since the risk of weakening contraception is low, and you have had intercourse – in my opinion, there are no grounds for taking the pill after. If there was no diarrhea or vomiting during this time, there is no reason to worry.

Additional protection should be used for each intercourse throughout the period of use of Klacid and for 7 days after the end of antibiotic therapy.
