Can medications be used together Iporel i Senamina?

Good morning,

I take 4 tablets of Iporel every day to lower my heart rate during the day and before bed (trouble falling asleep). Is it possible to get temporary help with Senamina? The last few days I can't fall asleep despite Iporel.
