Should I take the "after pill" if I take hormonal contraception on a daily basis, but the condom slipped off during intercourse?

The condom has slipped off, I'm taking birth control pills - do I have reasons to be stressed?
Hello, yesterday, i.e. 14.03.26, the condom slipped off during intercourse, it was removed immediately, it was not empty. On the other hand, some of the contents remained inside the thigh, then I immediately went to the shower. I will add that I take birth control pills regularly, at a fixed time, should I be stressed? or take an extra pill "the day after"?

To @Melkaa:

With most birth control pills, it may happen that withdrawal bleeding sometimes does not occur. Stress does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. However, it may happen that the brown spotting that occurs is scanty bleeding from withdrawal. If you have used the pills correctly, there is no risk of pregnancy.

We wrote about how to use contraception correctly in the article:

If you are still worried, you can seek a medical consultation. If it is not possible to visit in person, you can also use a teleconsultation in Polish arranged e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Hello,
I didn't get my period, only brown spotting. I have the last placebo pill left for today. The abdominal pain was as usual before the bleeding started, but it has not started to this day. I had a similar situation once, that he was missing and only performed the second time. I will add that I had a lot of stress and I wonder if it had any effect on the cycle disorder. I'm terribly worried:(

I do not see the need to use additional methods of protection if you take hormonal contraception on a permanent basis (and the pills are taken according to the manufacturer's recommendations). Contraceptive pills are the most effective method of birth control. If you have not missed any pills recently, there is no need to take emergency contraception additionally.

I encourage you to read:

In case of any doubts, on our website there is a possibility to use teleconsultation with a gynaecologist - the service is available in the e-visit tab:
