Does Momester unclog a stuffy nose and can it be used together with Afobam?

Momester (mometasone nasal spray) reduces inflammation and swelling of the mucous membranes, so it gradually clears the nose, but does not work immediately – the full effect usually appears after a few days of regular use. This is not a "quick uncorking" drug, like vasocongestant drops.

It can be used together with Afobam (alprazolam) because there are no significant interactions between these drugs. However, it is worth remembering that Afobam can cause drowsiness and slowness, while Momester works locally and is generally well tolerated. If symptoms persist despite use or worsen, it is good to consult a doctor.
