Hormone replacement therapy started in women over 65 years of age increases the risk of memory loss. This risk is lower in the case of topical preparations such as Oekolp, Oekolp forte. Dementia, on the other hand, is a set of symptoms resulting from a decrease in cognitive functions of the brain, leading to, m.in, impaired memory and orientation.
