Triderm is not a typical acne remedy – it contains a strong corticosteroid, antibiotic and antifungal drug, so it is used for a short time mainly in skin inflammation, and not to treat acne lesions. Improvement, if it is to occur, usually occurs within a few days, but prolonged or repeated use on the face can worsen the condition of the skin and cause side effects (thinning of the skin, worsening of "post-steroid" acne).
Do not repeat the treatment without consulting your doctor. In the case of acne, it is better to use preparations typically designed for this problem (e.g. with benzoyl peroxide, adapalene or a topical antibiotic) and consider a visit to a dermatologist.
