I ordered and paid for an e-prescription from the Trusted Doctor portal. I replied to the text message by answering the doctor ****. The prescription was supposed to be within 3-4 working hours. So far, I have not received it. Where can I report fraud and warn other patients.

It's a waste of time and nerves, help won't be obtained anyway.
I ordered telenporade and no one called, and when I wanted a refund, it turned out that the doctor ***** apparently already looked at my report and they can't return the money, I don't recommend a full-blown scam, you pay for something that didn't take place
I don't recommend it. Fraud!
I ordered and paid for an e prescription through Trusted Doctor, but I did not receive the verification code twice and I informed the doctor about it, but it was just a chat and in the end a refusal, and the money was lost. I wrote a report, they wrote back that the doctor was right, I strongly advise against
I also don't recommend it. The doctor did not call, I only received information on how to take the medicine. Money in the mud.
Ja mialam to samo, gdzie to zglosic?
I had a very similar experience. I paid for a consultation to get a sick leave. The consultation took place only via chat – the doctor did not call, even though I reported problems with my voice and high fever. In the recommendations, I only received information about "saving the voice", which is not feasible in the case of a teacher's work without L4.
The next day, another doctor assessed my condition by phone and referred me to an ENT specialist – eventually diagnosed with laryngitis.
Initially, the portal offered only a partial refund or voucher. The full amount was paid only after a firm complaint and an announcement of reporting the case to the appropriate institutions.
My advice to other patients: if you encounter a similar situation, it is worth filing a formal complaint and reporting the matter further. In my case, only then was the full amount refunded.
Folks, this is an obvious scam! I wanted a sick leave so as not to spread the disease at work, so in 10 minutes I got an answer that I 😅 am not suitable for 37.8', cough, runny nose, collapsed sinuses, and according to them I am healthy and for work. It's a shame for your money as well as mine.
I don't recommend this site, it's worth reading how good and without problems it is with real doctors at the level and not like xy. A waste of time and money, I didn't get anything done, and it was about the drug I've been taking for years.

To @Karolina:
If the prescription was indeed for a substitute (the same substance, dose, form, package size), then it is worth knowing that in the pharmacy you can ask for the right medicine for the same prescription.
I attach a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow
I needed medication for hypothyroidism. In the order, I gave the name of the medicine I have been taking for 10 years, which I need. A doctor ***** in a chat spoke to me, giving me a different drug in conversation (admittedly also for hypothyroidism, but it's a substitute that I used to feel bad about), I corrected it, reminding me of the name of the drug I needed. After a while, a prescription was issued for the drug for which I had ordered. Chat closed, no possibility of contact. I had to send an email and I received the correct prescription only about 1.5 days later, until then I was without the drug. No more!
Same problem. I ordered the service and the doctor did not call. I only received an email that due to side effects he will not write me this prescription. I advise against it!!

You can report online fraud in person to the police or prosecutor's office.
It is also possible to report online fraud online:

In the absence of a prescription and difficulties with consulting a doctor, I encourage you to use proven teleconsultations offered, m.in, by the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

We wrote more about how to get an e-prescription by phone in the article:
