You can use up to 2 sachets a day, which is as recommended by the manufacturer.
This will not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Slinda.
So I can use one sachet at a time and it won't reduce the effect of Slinda, but as with a time interval

Since UroLact contains approx. 30 mg of vitamin C per sachet, the preparation will not weaken the effectiveness of contraception.
Theoretically, there is a risk of weakening the effectiveness of contraception if the patient regularly takes high doses of vitamin C – above 1000 mg per day. However, since UroLact contains much smaller doses of this vitamin, there is no risk in this case.
UroLact contains 3 strains of probiotic bacteria, but they also do not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
