When changing from Adaring disc to Belara tablets, should I take the first tablet on the day of disc removal or on day 1 of bleeding after removal? I went to 2 gynecologists and one said that on the 1st day of bleeding because otherwise "the body can go crazy", but if I care a lot, it can be non-stop, and the other that it doesn't matter at all. Is either option better or worse? I ask you not to quote a quote from the leaflet in advance, but to explain it.

To ensure that protection is maintained at all times, the first Belara tablet should be taken no later than after a 7-day break – i.e. no later than 7 days after the disc is removed. The interval between the removal of the disc and the first Belar tablet can be shortened as desired, but it should not be extended, then the protection will be maintained.
You can also skip the bleeding break and take the first tablet from the blister the next day after removing the disc.
Both dosing methods are effective – they allow you to maintain the continuity of contraception and are safe.
During the first 2-3 cycles of Belar use, spotting or intracyclic bleeding may occur. This is completely normal. Then the body adapts to the supply of hormones. You should then take the tablets, despite the ongoing bleeding. The situation should regulate in subsequent cycles.
