There is no reason to worry. Only ailments such as vomiting or severe, prolonged diarrhea can affect the absorption of birth control pills. A single loose stool will not interfere with the effect of the tablet.
So if loose stool occurred after these 5 hours, there is nothing to worry about as it was a one-off?
