Can I use Clexane that may have been frozen?

I stored my Clexane injections in the refrigerator around the clock. When pulled out, the substance appears to have frozen. You can't see the air bomb that moves at normal temperature.

Has the medicine gone bad? The refrigerator certainly did not cool below zero degrees. I kept the medicine at the front of the refrigerator.

Clexane should not be frozen. If you are not sure what happened to the medicinal substance during storage in the refrigerator, please do not use the medicine and go to your doctor for a new prescription, just in case. The medicine should be stored at room temperature, below 25 degrees.
