I took Yasminel for 3 months, now I am switching to Symbella. I took a break for 7 days. How many days should I protect myself?

A new tablet pack should be started after a 7-day withdrawal bleeding interval (as before). If the break did not last longer than indicated by the manufacturer, the effectiveness of contraception is maintained.
Below I attach an excerpt from the leaflet:
'Switching from another hormonal contraceptive to Symbella:
The patient should start Symbella on the first day after
end of the tablet break or placebo tablet period
previously used combined hormonal contraceptive."
