Olfen Uno (diclofenac in extended-release form) can be combined with No-Spa (drotaverine) because there are no significant interactions, but the analgesic and antispasmodic effects may be exacerbated, so possible dizziness or drowsiness should be monitored. As for Eseliv 600 (soy phospholipids), it can also be used together with diclofenac, remembering not to exceed the maximum dose per day. However, you should not combine several strong NSAIDs at the same time, or exceed the recommended doses.
