Emanera does not interact clinically significant with Telfexo 180 mg and Duoresp Spiromax 160 mcg + 4.5 mcg, all drugs can be used in parallel.
Emanera can be safely used in asthmatics, asthma is not mentioned as a contraindication to the use of the drug. Bronchospasm is listed among the side effects, but it is a rare side effect (in ≥1/10,000 to <1/1000 patients) and will not occur in everyone. Follow your doctor's instructions.
