I didn't take the last 4 tablets from the blister (Jeanine). After a 7-day break (counting from the day of the last pill taken, i.e. 4 days missed and 3 days of "placebo"), I started taking pills from the new package, will the protection be maintained and there will be no need to use additional contraception in the form of a condom?

You have acted in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, so contraceptive protection is maintained, there is no need to use additional methods of contraception. Of course, assuming that you used the drug regularly and correctly before skipping these 4 tablets.
If you forget your Jeanine tablet(s) in week 3, you can stop taking them and take a 7-day break from taking your tablets (including the days you missed your tablet(s) and then start a new pack.
