Can side effects appear only with the fifth pack of contraceptive pills Kelzy PR?
12.99 zł

Good morning

I use Kelzy PR pills and only with the fifth package (the current one) did my breasts start to hurt, they are very sensitive and swollen, plus the nipples are even more sensitive. Is this normal or is there any cause for concern?

Nexpram does not affect the effectiveness of Kelzy PR.
However, it can increase the risk of side effects, such as breast soreness. What's more, the drug can also cause lactoflow (i.e. abnormal outflow of milk substance from the nipples in people who are not pregnant or breastfeeding).

If you notice these types of side effects, consult your doctor.

Side effects can occur at any stage of the use of oral hormonal contraceptives. If you are not taking other medicines that may reduce the effectiveness of contraception, there is no reason to worry. The effectiveness is maintained at all times.

If the symptoms do not subside during 1-2 consecutive packs and make it difficult to function on a daily basis, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will decide to change the contraceptive.

Any side effects you observe should be reported to your doctor who will decide on further action.
