Yes, Letrox (levothyroxine) should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals and other medications, including Nolpase (pantoprazole). Waiting half an hour between Letrox and Nolpase is normal and allows for proper absorption of levothyroxine.

It is also worth taking both medications at a fixed time each day to maintain stable hormone levels and the effectiveness of the treatment.
