On the 11th day of the cycle there was intercourse, 18 hours later the Escapelle pill was taken, now on the 18th day of the cycle I have spotting and breast pain does this mean pregnancy?

Symptoms such as spotting and breast pain can be a side effect of Escapelle tablets. These are common side effects of using a high dose of the hormone contained in Escapelle. However, these are not symptoms of pregnancy.
A pill taken 18 hours after intercourse is highly effective, especially when it was used before ovulation (which was the case with you).
In my opinion, there is no reason to worry. You did the right thing.
