I'm taking Vibin Mini - the fifth blister. During the third one, I felt tenderness and some soreness in my nipples. The situation is similar today. Could it be so? The second thing - on Saturday I had to take the pill two hours earlier (I take it every day at 8 p.m.). This Friday, if I know that I won't be at home at 8 p.m. - can I take the pill at 6 p.m. as well? Is it better for me to take the pills with me and take the medicine at 8 p.m. if possible?

No, this will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
So even if I took a pill two hours earlier last Saturday and I will do it this Friday too - it will not affect the effectiveness of Vibin Mini?

Tenderness and soreness of the nipples when using hormonal contraception can happen - this is a common, usually temporary side effect of hormones. This is not a cause for concern.
As for the time of taking - moving the pill 2 hours earlier (e.g. from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) is acceptable and does not affect the effectiveness of contraception if it is done occasionally. So you can take a pill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, if it is more convenient - you do not have to take it with you.
