Yes, you can, especially if the medication is used as prescribed by your doctor.
Xarelto (rivaroxaban) is an anticoagulant and Oseltamivir is a medicine used to treat flu. There are no direct interactions between the two medications, but Xarelto may increase the risk of bleeding, especially in people with other medical conditions or taking other medications.
