Should I change the time of taking birth control pills due to the time change?
12.99 zł

I usually take birth control pills between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Today I'm starting a new blister and I'm wondering if I should take the pill at a different time than usual due to the change to daylight saving time?

There is no need to change the current time of taking contraceptive pills due to the change from winter to summer time. Taking the pill about an hour late, once and at the beginning of a new blister, does not affect its contraceptive effectiveness.

You can use the medication as usual or change the time from daylight saving time.
Just remember to continue taking your pills every day, at about the same time of day.
