The first month, week 4 has begun
I don't have any side effects except for nipple pain, but you can live with it

Heparin ointment or gel does not interact with Limetic tablets. These drugs can be combined with each other.
Do you have any specific heparin ointment in mind? Among the over-the-counter ointments and gels, I do not find a preparation that can be used on mucous membranes, including hemorrhoids. These are preparations for use on the skin - the leg area or bruises on the skin.
Perhaps a safer solution would be to use a preparation dedicated to the treatment of anal varicose veins.
