Polprazole Max (omeprazole) and Thyrozole (thiamazole) have no direct interactions, however, long-term use of proton pump inhibitors (more than one year) such as omeprazole may affect the absorption of some medications and calcium and magnesium levels. If you have hyperthyroidism, it is important to monitor your hormone and electrolyte levels.
