Can I use DuoLife ProDeacid tablets if I am taking Roswera, Emanera and Valsacor?

Hello. I have a question. Currently I use Roswera 10mg, Emanera 20mg, Valsacor 80mg. These are permanent drugs. In this case, can I use DuoLife ProDeacid tablets? They help to deacidify the body.

To tell the truth, doctors usually advise against supplements of any kind, they only stuff them with pills, because they have money from it.
