Hello, if I have Tezeo HCT 40mg on my prescription, can I fill a prescription for Tezeo 40 mg, i.e. with telmisartan alone? Thank you for your reply

If Tezeo HCT is prescribed on the prescription, it is not possible to buy telmisartan (Tezeo) alone. Buying Tezeo requires a new doctor's prescription.
Only equivalents of Tezeo HCT, i.e. combination drugs containing telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide, can be dispensed.
