Can Allertec cause a change in pupil size? Do Allertec and Depratal interact?

Good morning, I take Depratal 30mg in the morning and Allertec WZF in the evening. After taking Allertec, my left pupil widens, and I don't feel any additional discomfort. Is this a worrying symptom or do the drugs interact? In 2 days I have increased Depratal to 60mg. Please answer.

The Allertec Summary of Product Characteristics describes cases of impaired ocular accommodation (a very rare adverse reaction), but anisocoria is not mentioned. Consultation with a doctor is recommended. There was no evidence of an interaction between Allertec and Depratal.
