Whether Iberogast can cause diarrhea?

Good morning, I have been taking IBEROGAST Advance 20 drops three times a day before meals for a few days but I have diarrhea and I don't understand if it is the drug or a coincidence. Can it have this side effect? I have been eating white and simple things for a month because of a cardiac incontinence that causes me pain, burning and hoarseness
