What pharmacy teas (herbs) should be drunk with gastritis. I mean that they should be anti-inflammatory and protect the mucosa.
They cannot be photosensitizing (I take isotek, so chamomile, marigolds, etc. are out of the question) and they cannot increase the secretion of gastric acid (I take ipp).

In the case of gastritis, infusions of:
- marshmallow root - it is rich in mucilage, which has a protective effect on the mucous membranes, which helps to soothe irritation, e.g.:

- leaves and flowers of wild mallow - like marshmallow, it is rich in mucilage that protects the mucous membrane from irritation, e.g.:

The above-mentioned ingredients do not have a photosensitizing effect or increase the secretion of gastric acid.
