Hair loss is an uncommon side effect of the Azalia contraceptive pill - it occurs in no more than 1 in 100 patients. Usually, the side effects stop when the drug is discontinued.

I am attaching a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow

Yes! In my case it was like that.
Always greasy oily skin. Today very few on the head. It was the only one I could get. Lactation, varicose veins. Vaginal health, very low libido. I already had two daughters at 42 I asked for closure of the tubes. And so you went back to the way you were before. They rejected me. For one doctor it was too early, (you may still want the children) for another too late (stay close to menopause). The children left two, of menopause there is no Thrace. I am 50 years old. Little hair, little sex and enchanted. Going back I would choose another contraceptive method. Read and inform yourself well what you take, talk to friends. Conclusions will come.
